Are there any upfront fees or hidden charges?
No. We do not charge ANY upfront fees and there are NO hidden charges. We are that confident we can reclaim your mis sold PPI we dont have to charge any upfront fees at all! We work on a 'no win, no fee' basis. If we dont manage to reclaim your PPI for you you pay absolutley nothing.

Will it affect my credit rating if I reclaim my PPI?
No. Your credit rating will no be affected at all whether your claim is successful or not. Your credit rating is only applicable to the 'actual credit available' on your account. The PPI is completely seperate.

Can I make more than one claim?
Yes. Many people make several claims. Dig out your credit card and loan statements to see if you have been unknowingly paying PPI. You could reclaim £1,000's!

My loan is paid off, Can I still reclaim my PPI?
Yes. Even if you have completely paid off the loan you can reclaim any PPI for that account.

Will I have to close my credit card / loan account?
No. If we are successful in reclaiming your payment protection insurance back you will noty have to close your account with your lender.

When will I receive my money from my claim?
This all depends on the complexitiy of your case(s) but at present we are turning 90% of cases around in as little as 8 weeks.

What are the risks involved?
There aren’t any. If you are successful in reclaiming your payment protection insurance you will not have any repocussions in the future.

How much do you charge?
