How the mortgage mis selling process works

To establish whether you have been mis sold your mortgage our team of experts must complete a full audit of your mortgage agreement. Mortgage mis selling has only come to light over the past 12 -18 months since the UK entered into a recession, before this, banks and lender were literally lending money to anyone who wanted it in order to secure their bonuses and commissions, with no regard to the regulations set down by the FSA. Lenders and Brokers were giving out mortgages to people who wouldn’t have normally been approved, its only after when people start to realize they were given bad advice by their broker.
