You can be free from your credit card debts by checking the enforceability of your contracts...
There is a way you can elliminate credit debt without actually repaying a penny, by what's referred to as a 'UCA' or 'Unenforceable Loan Agreement', sometimes know as an 'Unfair Credit Agreement'.
What is an 'Unenforceable Loan Agreement'? When a loan or credit card is taken out a 'credit agreement' is issued with it. These credit agreements MUST comply with the Consumer Credit Act of 1974 in order for the lender to ask you to make repayments on any debt borrowed. There are a lot of agreements which do not comply with the act and are classed as 'unenforceable'. UCA's are an alternative solution when it comes to pay off debt.
What debts can be challenged for ‘unenforceability'? Credit card Debt, Unsecured Loans, Secured Loans, Consolidation Loans, Car Finance, Hire Purchase can all be challenged.
How is this possible?
Any form of lending under the value of £25,000 is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Recent changes to the Act have meant that certain clauses are voided resulting in credit agreements becoming 'unenforceable' in a court of law and the balance could be cleared. It doesn't matter who the lender is, as long as the balance of the individual debt is below £25,000 we will be in a position to help you get the entire balance cleared and you walk away debt free!
If you are struggling to make repayments each month to your creditors an Unenforceable Loan Agreement might be a suitable option for you. It is also considered a good alternative to bankruptcy.
If we manage to clear the balance for you there are not additional charges, you keep 100% of the money recovered.
